Shipping Policy

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS DAMAGED? We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact our customer support team at support@myvlove.com for a replacement within 4 hours of delivery. You will be asked to provide photos of the defective product with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
  • Requests for replacement will not be honored after 48 hours of delivery UNTIL product is returned within 10 days of replacement request. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I GET A REFUND? We are sorry to inform you, if you provided an incorrect address in checkout, a refund will not be granted. A reshipping fee will be required if your package is returned to us if you desire to have your items reshipped. If package never found we will do our best to lower your costs at best.

  • IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. If your package gets lost or never gets delivered to you, please contact our customer support team at support@myvlove.com and we can assist you with the next steps for you to make a claim with the delivery service.

    Unfortunately we will not immediately ship out another product until claim has been made with delivery service to ensure we are compensated or if you file the claim yourself, you are compensated to pay for another order. Once the claim has been approved, we will happily ship out a new product. We are here to assist with this process all the way until you receive your V-Love products.

  • You understand the Shipping times vary per season. The normal processing time for orders may take up to 10 days (Mon-Fri). You accept 10 business days for processing after payment is made.  Please allow upto 7 business days for delivery after we ship from our warehouses. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, shipping times are subject to change. 
  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers by delivery service or air or ground strikes or delays once the package has left the USA.
  • Faster shipping if available in checkout is not guarantee of delivery date. We do NOT guarantee delivery times as we do not control when and how the delivery service delivers your shipment. Refunds will be denied until our products are returned to us unopened should you request a refund before delivery of shipment. In addition Shipping fees will be deducted from said refund.
  • REFUND REQUEST AFTER SHIPPING BEFORE DELIVERED TO YOU will not be honored. Refunds will be denied until our products are returned to us unopened should you request a refund before delivery of shipment. In addition Shipping fees will be deducted from said refund.
  • REFUND & RETURNS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Scammers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible and all your information will be reported to the law enforcement in your hometown should you steal monies or products or someone's credit card information.

Q. How long does shipping take?

The normal processing time for orders is 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. (7-21 BUSINESS days during high volume times for processing)

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, shipping times are subject to change.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
You have 2 hours after order to cancel. If product have shipped, a refund will be honored once you return the product unused in original packaging. 

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at support@vloveyoni.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. You may also return your product, simply request a return postage.

We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted, A reshipping fee will be charged to clients that desire to have their order reshipped if they have not received it.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All purchases are shipped using USPS priority shipping which includes tracking. Feel free to input your tracking number in the USPS.com website tracking feature to be updated to the status of your package. During high order volumes, orders may get back logged resulting in extended processing times. Once the order has been delivered to USPS, V-Love Yoni has no control over the actually delivery time. If there is an issue with the delivery of your package please contact USPS directly (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number to get a more accurate delivery date. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The V-Love Yoni.
